Need for Campers & RVs
Since Helene related devastation of late September 2024, countless organizations and volunteers have personally brought RVs and campers to provide interim shelter to those who have lost everything, and those who are working to rebuild from what they have lost.
Unfortunately due to limitations in zoning, change of zoning, and infrastructure requirements, most Helene survivors have not qualified for Camper/RV assistance through government offerings.
For many months of recovery ahead, the need for interim shelter remains, while the multiple organizations facilitating access to RVs/Campers are in need of support.
Please contact us for a referral to the organizations who are supplying RVs and campers, or for a referral to the local aid groups who are supporting those in need.

Get Involved
Here are a few ways you can help:
- Donate to the aid groups that are refurbishing pre-owned RVs and campers, to make them livable
- Provide support for fuel and related needs to deliver the units from the refurbishing and/or donor location
- Volunteer in refurbishing or as a driver
- Donate home goods to warm up the interim home
